Move. Bloom. Grow. A class designed to help you move, reset, and reconnect. We move our bodies, ground our minds, and plant life. Created with intention in collaboration with my husband, Justin, owner of Athlete Academy. This is perfect for daycares, pre-schools, schools, retirement homes, or private parties and events.

  • • 45 Minute Session

    • 10-15 Minutes of Movement

    • 30 Minutes Floral Activity

    • Building focus, confidence, and calm

    • Improves focus & mood, encourages mindfulness & self-regulation, builds connection to nature, and is fun, yet calming.

  • Single Booking Options:

    • $25 per person

    • $15 per person for groups of 10 or more

    Monthly Program:

    $400 for 1 session per week or 4 sessions a month

My blooming process

what to expect

 

  • I always welcome a DM via Instagram. When you are ready to book or simply have questions first, go ahead and contact me here, and we’ll start the journey! Expect to hear back from me within 3 days!

  • Then we’ll talk through your budget, necessity items, goals, vibes — basically all of the details to ease your mind and paint the vision.

  • Then I’ll draft your working contract and revise as needed until all parties are satisfied.

  • Once I have a copy of your signed + dated contract and first installment payment, we are blooming! I stay in close correspondence to my clients leading up to their event to maintain contractural obligation and prevent any stress!
